The first wave will arrive Friday night into Saturday morning where 2 to 4 inches of snow will be possible over southern Indiana and north central Kentucky. Areas across central Kentucky can expect 1 to 2 inches, with locations along and south of the Cumberland Parkway an inch or less. After a break in precipitation and temperatures above freezing Saturday afternoon, a second round of wintry precipitation is expected Saturday night through Sunday night.
