The combination of strong northwesterly winds and snow showers could result in reduced visibilities and difficult travel conditions for a short timeframe tonight. Overall snowfall accumulations are expected to be less than a half inch, but isolated amounts up to an inch are possible where snow bands reside for several hours. Use caution and drive slowly if you encounter one of these snow showers tonight. Wind chills will also drop to dangerous levels by tomorrow morning behind the cold front.
